Growing In Christ throughout the Summer in Sunday School 

Beginning Sunday, June 13^th, we will start a summer Sunday school course entitled “Even the Wind and Waves Obey Him.” Each lesson will focus on an element of nature and how God uses nature for his good purposes. As the weeks progress, we will encounter, clouds, fire, water, earthquakes, whirlwinds, and more. Through it all, we will see how our almighty God used those elements to show his people and us who he is and how he used even nature to bring about his plan of salvation for all humankind. Growing in Christ put the focus of squarely on the heart and center of the entire Bible: Jesus Christ, our Savior from sin, death and the devil. Each lesson connects the Word of God to the daily life of the students, nurtures and strengthens faith through age-appropriate activities and instruction that engage children in meaningful, relevant interaction with God’s Word.

Classes are offered to children age 3 up through rising 12^th grade students. Each Sunday at 9:45 AM the whole congregation will gather and begin in the sanctuary for an opening devotional thought led by pastor. From the sanctuary the children will be dismissed according to their respective class (3k-5k; 1-3; 4-6; 7-12) for a 40-45 minute lesson. Hope to see you all on the 13^th and soak up the S-O-N together.
