What do you think the role of a Pastor is? Is it to be a preacher? A teacher? A counselor? A spiritual support? All of these? You know doubt understand the various facets of of who a shepherd is to be for the sheep whom God has entrusted to him. In the midst of all these roles of a Pastor, one main privilege is present that will never change - a faithful Pastor feeds the sheep with the message that what you need in life is Jesus. Period.
